Kindgom of Lights in cyan _fix

Floating high in the sky, the Kindgom of Lights royally flashes the night and silently shines.

Just a simple thing I did while playing with the brushes and some blurs... could've been much better, but anyway I fixed the earlier version (which you can still find in my gallery) and this one's better, still not perfect though..
